Job Summary
A mortgage services company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Sales Compensation Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Create, maintain, and update compensation agreements
- Communicate changes to the appropriate stakeholders
- Create pay/plan reconciliations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 0-1 Years experience administering sales compensation and commissions
- Detailed-oriented with excellent analytical skills and ability to identify/resolve problems
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal English language proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
