Job Summary

A mortgage company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Accepting assignment of support cases that have been triaged and escalated by the Tier 1 Help Desk staff
  • Providing support using telephone, email, chat, and remote support tools provided
  • Processing support incidents according to established procedure and using job aids and Standard Operating Procedures

Qualifications Include:

  • At least one year of experience in mortgage operations such as loan setup, process, docs/funding, or post-closing
  • Proficient in loan origination systems, preferably Encompass 360
  • Able to handle volume of calls and support cases
  • Understanding of the mortgage loan process
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
