Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter.

Must be able to:

• Review and analyze income from personal and corporate tax returns
• Underwrite of loan credit packages and appraisals
• Contact private investors and government agencies to resolve any issues or questions that may arise

Qualifications Include:

• Start Date: 05/11/2020
• Must have 5 years FHA, Conventional Underwriting Experience
• Knowledge of various investor guidelines and requirements
• Encompass experience required
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Proficiency in Computer Systems
