Job Summary
A provider of mortgage services is in need of a Remote Mortgage Underwriter II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing highly complex financial and credit information
- Underwriting a wide variety of product and loan types
- Compiling, analyzing, and documenting loan data and credit risk
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Advanced analysis skills in the areas of credit, layered risk, and income
- Ability to underwriting loans at a national level and in all markets
- FHA - Direct Endorsement designation
- Basic computer skills
- 5 years mortgage underwriting or lending experience
