A real estate technology company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Underwriter in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Underwriting mortgage loans and verifying for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Providing technical assistance and quality assurance on loan approvals
  • Reworking loans to new terms and identify additional conditions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Successful experience working as a Mortgage Loan Underwriter
  • knowledge of underwriting processes and lending systems
  • Thorough understanding of Conventional (Fannie Mae) and FHA Loan Products
  • Prior knowledge of various loan products, credit reports, and debt-to-income ratios.
  • Passion for Real Estate disruption
