Job Summary

A telecommunication software company is in need of a Remote MSO Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building a deep understanding of our customer's needs
  • Ensuring Competitive Data Collection is achieved
  • Overseeing Customer Negotiations

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience and confidence presenting at the customer executive and management levels
  • A minimum of 10 years Telecom or MSO account management experience
  • Ability to build and deliver integrated go-to-market strategies
  • At least 8 years of success in account management
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics
  • Outstanding negotiation and sales skills
