Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Multi-Specialty and Large Practice Strategy and Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Create data reporting packages specific to multi-specialty and multi-site practices
  • Identify, test, and create interventions relevant to multi-specialty practices
  • Develop milestones, change management approaches, and best practices

Required Skills:

  • Travel to markets as appropriate (20%)
  • Previous operational and/or program implementation experience
  • A Masters in Business, Health Care Management, Public Health, or related field preferred
  • Experience using data to drive planning and evaluation of success
  • Familiarity with value-based care concepts
  • Relevant competencies include practice management, project management, account management
