Job Summary
A financial service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote MultiClient Property Accountant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Utilizing and assisting in continuous improvement of the sales process in CRM
- Reviewing all new client dashboards and forecasts to ensure proper setup
- Contributing to continuous improvement of client onboarding processes in CRM
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficient in computer skills, and can quickly learn new softwares
- Advanced ability to read financial statements, and a high level of attention to underlying details/drivers
- Can command the respect of seasoned entrepreneurs in an advanced financial coaching and sales context
- Prior experience in property management
- Understand the unique needs of clients in the SFR industry
