Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Remote Adaptation Fund Project Design Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing assessment for climate change adaptation and disaster readiness activities
- Preparing the agenda and participate at the consultative meetings with national counterparts
- Finalizing the first draft of fully-fledged project document based on the feedback received from final validation workshop
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Advanced university degree in Economics, development studies, environmental/agricultural science
- 3 years of relevant experience in climate finance and project/programme planning and monitoring
- Working knowledge (level C) of English, French or Spanish and limited knowledge (level B) and more languages
- Participate in field missions if required *
