Job Summary

A Closer Look mystery shopping company is looking for independent contractors to work at home, scheduling our mystery shop evaluations. Mystery shopping experience is required, but if you have not yet completed a mystery shop for us, we can arrange that in the application process. Online training is provided to successful applicants.

Our schedulers generally work about 35-40 hours a week. Both daytime and evening availability is required in order to reply to emails from shoppers and to schedule requested shops on a timely basis. A fast internet connection is required. An outgoing personality and a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, the ability to read and follow precise directions, and excellent phone skills are some of the traits of our best schedulers.

Scheduler pay is based on the number of shops scheduled and completed. The more you schedule, the more you earn.
