A financial and business services company is in need of a Remote NAM Customer Onboarding Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Help new customers with onboarding and successful deployment
  • Suggest ideas for optimizing customer onboarding workflows
  • Partner with internal teams

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2 years experience on enterprise onboardings
  • At least 2-5 years experience in a Customer Onboarding or Customer Success role
  • Focused, action-oriented, and always anticipating next steps: a natural project manager
