Job Summary

A business services company is in need of a Remote National Accounts Field Service Manager in Smyrna.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance in resolving service provider incident and consumer service issues
  • Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of national accounts
  • Identify training needs and develop and administer training material

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel 20% to meet with key accounts as well as travel to meetings and other activities
  • 5 years minimum experience in service industry
  • Microsoft Office skills including Power Point, Word, Excel, Mapping software
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with both large and small audiences
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Must be located in Smyrna, TN
