Job Summary
A business services company is in need of a Remote National Accounts Field Service Manager in Smyrna.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in resolving service provider incident and consumer service issues
- Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of national accounts
- Identify training needs and develop and administer training material
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel 20% to meet with key accounts as well as travel to meetings and other activities
- 5 years minimum experience in service industry
- Microsoft Office skills including Power Point, Word, Excel, Mapping software
- Strong oral and written communication skills with both large and small audiences
- Strong analytical ability
- Must be located in Smyrna, TN
