Job Summary
A single-specialty anesthesia practice is filling a position for a Remote National Revenue Cycle Management Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining monthly staff and cost inventory for actuals and forecast
- Creating staffing models for one-time projects
- Managing adding and removing offshore staff based on volume
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in RCM
- Experience with offshore vendor processes, functions, SLAs, SOWs, and contracting
- Detailed knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle management operations
- Proficient reporting skills (dashboard design and deployment)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills, Power BI, and SQL Server
- Ability to analyze and reconcile large sets of data
