Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Remote National Sexual Assault Hotline Training Supervisor.

Must be able to:

• Provide ongoing input regarding policies and procedures for the hotline program
• Facilitate online meetings with paid and unpaid staff, as needed
• Prepare and assess trainees' ability to staff shifts independently

Required Skills:

• Attend quarterly staff meetings, as needed
• Attend monthly in-services, as available
• Must be a licensed, masters level social worker or counselor
• Must be familiar with instant messaging
• Must have 2 years experience working or voluntering with crisis-intervention services
