Remote NetSuite Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Accountant - NetSuite to join their Client Services Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end closing processes for multiple clients
• Conduct reconciliations and ensure accurate processing of transactions, including sales and use tax
• Lead client calls with a focus on exceptional customer service and support budget and forecasting activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5 years of full charge bookkeeping experience
• 3-5 years of experience using NetSuite Software
• Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses in the $5M to $50M market
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Interest in utilizing 3rd party applications to enhance efficiencies
