Job Summary
An IT and computer services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote NetSuite Advanced Customer Support Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving retention and ongoing value to our mid-market customers
- Onboarding new customers to Advanced Customer Support (ACS)
- Serving as an advocate for your customer and taking necessary actions to achieve desired outcomes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, as appropriate
- 5+ years overall experience in relevant Functional and/ or Technical roles
- Demonstrated strong project management and task/time coordination
- Ability to recognize new business opportunities in existing account base
- Experience presenting to/facilitating meetings and group discussions
- 3+ years of NetSuite or competitive cloud based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions
