Job Summary

A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Network Analyst I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Administrate all Kinetic MOP tickets to include updating MOP tickets, verifying network alarms
  • Perform software upgrades on all equipment in the Kinetic footprint
  • Coordinate restoration efforts related to any unplanned impact which involves working with multiple departments at times

Required Skills:

  • Associate's Degree in a technical discipline
  • 3-4 years technical/telephony experience
  • 6 years of directly related telephony or network operations experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience required.
