Job Summary
A privately-held telecommunications company has a current position open for a Remote Network Architect IV.
Must be able to:
- Provide SME services to Infrastructure team and business units
- Lead implementations with BGP, OSPF, HRSP, MPLS, Voice Prioritization, and carrier-grade redundancy design
- Work with a small team of network engineers and coordinate closely with area department heads
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10 years of experience designing architectures large-scale networks
- 15 years of experience in a senior level network engineering/operational support position
- Ability to create HDL and LDL network design utilizing industry best practices and tools
- 8 years of experience in designing Carrier, WAN, LAN, VoIP, Video, Wireless architectures in large-scale networks
- Bachelor's degree in technical and/or business-related field or the equivalent
