Job Summary

A staffing firm is seeking a Remote Network Consulting Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting routing and switching infrastructure
  • Implementing changes according to project governance
  • Participating on a number of projects/programs and may guide a project team

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5-10 years of network engineering experience (R/S)
  • Experience with Cisco switches: 3750, 3560, 6500, and 4500
  • Experience with Cisco routers: 2800, 2900, and 3900 series
  • CCNP certification required
  • Experience troubleshooting rout/switch issues such as BGP, EIGRP, ACL's, VLANs, and VTP
  • Excellent understanding of Cisco technologies
