Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Network Development and Value Based Care Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading network development and the execution of network build strategy
- Formulating engagement and contracting strategies
- Developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with providers and key stakeholders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A strong analytical and quantitative background
- 3 experience in negotiating various value-based care agreements, including shared risk models
- Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to influence, collaborate and motivate others
- 5 years experience in network management, provider contracting, and/or managed care
- A proven understanding of provider contract options
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams against monthly targets
