A cognitive cloud networking company is seeking a Remote Networking Solutions Sales Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Own full life cycle recruitment across the Sales and Sales Engineering organizations
- Build talent pools and networks for Territory Account Managers, Named Account Managers and Client Director positions
Position Requirements Include:
- BS/CS/BBA Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years in recruiting of Sales / Sales Engineering positions, with a proven successful track record in full cycle recruitment
- Demonstrated success in direct sourcing techniques of skillsets with the ability to source from a variety of social media platforms and networks
