A retail company has an open position for a Remote New Accounts Analyst in Columbia.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Contacting new customers to confirm or correct account set up
- Promptly resolving billing, service and Accounts Receivable (AR) issues
- Identifying possible risk exposure and action to take on future orders, billing, and invoicing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

- Problem-solving mindset
- Strong customer service/quality assurance acumen
- Ability to actively document all customer issues
- Ability to identify possible risk exposure and action to take
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
