Job Summary

A mutual life insurance company has a current position open for a Remote New Business and Digital Customer Care Quality Assurance Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Leading talent acquisition, training, ongoing development and performance management
Applying knowledge to handle all complex situations independently
Monitoring the quality assurance program, progress, statistics and report, ensuring alignment to our interaction monitoring guidelines

Skills and Requirements Include:

Demonstrated success in leading teams, minimum 3-5 years of experience
Strong communication, presentation, influencing and reasoning skills
Demonstrated experience and comfortable working in an Agile environment
Ability to monitor and manage data through various technology tools
