Job Summary

A mutual life insurance company has a current position open for a Remote New Business and Digital Customer Care Quality Assurance Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading talent acquisition, training, ongoing development and performance management
  • Applying knowledge to handle all complex situations independently
  • Monitoring the quality assurance program, progress, statistics and report, ensuring alignment to our interaction monitoring guidelines

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Demonstrated success in leading teams, minimum 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, influencing and reasoning skills
  • Demonstrated experience and comfortable working in an Agile environment
  • Ability to monitor and manage data through various technology tools
