Job Summary

A publishing company has a current position open for a Remote New Event Development Vice President.

Must be able to:

• Develop business plans, budgets and proformas for the creation of new events
• Source and negotiate venue contracts and locations
• Source, evaluate, develop and create new events and franchises that align with the Company's goals and strategy

Required Skills:

• 10 years + of prior booking/programming/business development experience in a sports/entertainment environment
• Must be able to work independently across a decentralized organization and build consensus and cross-divisional support
• Bachelor's Degree in business, sports management, entertainment or a related field; or equivalent experience
