Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote New Product Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Partnering with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and build a seamless interview process that helps us bring the best candidates
• Helping initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy
• Tracking and analyzing metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience working strategically with senior business leads as a thought partner
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
• Ability to track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
