Job Summary

A global IT services company has an open position for a Remote Node API Developer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing scalable and maintainable code
• Designing and building scalable API’s
• Proactively analyzing performance and implementing solutions for improvement

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js modules and JavaScript libraries
• Experience with Node.js and Express ecosystem, build tools, libraries, runtimes and frameworks
• Experience with event driven architecture or asynchronous messaging services
• Ability to write complex API’s – rest, streaming
• Strong knowledge in JavaScript and Node.js, modularization and encapsulation
• Experience working with asynchronous requests in large scale applications
