Job Summary

A social enterprise company is in need of a Remote Non Profit Fundraising Platform Senior Customer Marketing Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing processes and protocols to recruit, engage, and receive approvals from nonprofit customers
  • Build a customer engagement strategy and advocacy program that creates community and develops customer advocates
  • Develop and streamline a customer referral program for prospects

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, customer marketing, or customer relationship management
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Strategic thinking who is proactive and innovative in approaching customers and capturing stories
  • Willingness to define and drive new programs
  • Ability to manage time effectively, including managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the expertise to speak with nonprofit leaders regularly
