Job Summary

A non-profit organization that promotes societal unity is filling a position for a Remote Non Profit Michigan Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the expansion of the non-profit program activities in Michigan
• Build relationships with faith communities across the state, facilitate grassroots chapters, and train religious leaders on dynamics of division
• Manage chapter programs according to grant requirements, identified action plans, and best practices

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience and at least six (6) years of professional experience
• Ability to mobilize local communities,especially faith leaders across religions
• Knowledge of and experience in engagement with communities across Michigan
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across political, religious and racial divides
• Willingness to work collaboratively through collective decision-making
• Proficiency in Google Suite
