Job Summary
A financial service company is seeking a Remote Non QM Loans Mortgage Underwriter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing of residential mortgage appraisal forms
- Analyzing asset statements for all types of asset accounts
- Reviewing of credit reports to determine credit pattern, current liabilities, outstanding judgments and collections
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- BA/BS degree, equivalent education and experience may be considered
- Ability to effectively make decisions in an independent manner
- Advanced tax return analysis skill required
- Experienced residential appraisal review
