Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyze process controls
• Establish metrics that drive and measure staff and department performance
• Compile reports, identify trends, provide recommendations to senior management

Qualifications Include:

• NMLS license or ability to obtain license within 90 days of employment
• 7+ years of residential mortgage underwriting experience
• High school diploma or GED Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team
• Expert-level knowledge of loan origination investor guidelines
