A technology company is in need of a Remote Non Technology Talent Sourcer.
Must be able to:
- Develop a pipeline of talent for current role and future hiring needs
- Continually expand network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events
- Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required
- Strong research and candidate generation skills
- America's (NAM + LATAM) Market Sourcing experience
- Non-tech hiring especially with SDR, SDM, AE, Expansion Heads, Country Leads, Payroll Management Executives, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Accounting
- Experience with Linkedin Recruiter
