Job Summary

A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Nonprofit Development Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Define strategies, priorities, and plans for reporting and analytics
Operationalize, streamline, and automate routine reporting and analytics
Manage and maintain the donor database, Microsoft Dynamics

Qualifications for this position include:

A bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of experience in development/fundraising
Experience with managing specialized reporting and analytics to support leadership
Experience with CRM systems, specifically MS Dynamics, and technical teams
Expert level experience with Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated ability to independently organize, plan, and carry out activities
Extreme attention to detail
