Job Summary

A nonprofit organization has an open position for a Remote Nonprofit People Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading payroll and employee data management and operations
  • Leading human capital compliance operations
  • Developing and maintaining staff handbooks and other policy tools

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel once per month
  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years working experience in human capital
  • Strong experience leading relationships with diverse stakeholders across an organization
  • Experience with developing staff in varied roles
  • Deep knowledge and experience with human capital routines and structures
