Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote North America and Latin America People Services Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting key initiatives operated through the Regional HR Service Center
- Developing a working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and guidelines
- Accessing and completing transactions through multiple HR Technologies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be customer focused, quality oriented and results driven
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or related field
- 2 to 4 years of HR or Client Service background experience required
- Must possess knowledge regarding general HR Policies and Procedures
- Must have ability to analyze inquiries quickly and determine if resolvable or escalation is required
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
