Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote North America Global Payroll Compliance and Tax Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, Provincial and Federal tax withholding, remittance and reporting
Collaborate with third-party vendor(s) responsible for the administration employment tax authorizations, remittances and reporting of payroll tax
Collaborate with offshore payroll teams for payroll and tax-related issues

Position Requirements Include:

7+ years of North America payroll operations, compliance and payroll tax knowledge
Strong knowledge of applicable rules and regulations surrounding payroll and payroll tax as well as payroll systems knowledge
Knowledge of SAP ECC or similar ERP's (particularly related to payroll and workforce administration) and ServiceNow
Experience in project management and system implementation related to payroll
Experience with creation of process documentation, workflow and presentations
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills applied in a constantly changing fast-paced environment
