A health care products distributor is filling a position for a Remote Northwest Regional Sales Director in San Jose.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading execution of strategies and tactics that mobilize the Regional Sales team to achieve their quotas
- Directing and administering established sales processes and metrics
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of three years’ sales management experience
- Minimum of five years’ field sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota
- Ability to plan and forecast sales on an individual and regional level
