Job Summary
A specialty healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Nurse Practitioner in Canton.
Must be able to:
- Conduct assessments, which may include annual wellness exams on patients both in the patients’ home and in the dialysis centers
- Counsel and educate patients and families about benefits and programs available to help them live healthier lives
- Document items such as: appropriate chief complaint, all applicable diagnosis, past medical, family, and social history
Qualifications for this position include:
- Visit patients both in the patients’ home and in the dialysis centers
- Board certified by ANCC or AANP
- Current and unrestricted DEA certificate
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license
- Access to transportation, a valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Proficiency with medical instruments and equipment required by the work
