Job Summary

An online school of higher education has an open position for a Remote Nursing Doctorate Program Faculty Member.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Teach in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and PhD in Nursing programs
  • Answer student questions in a timely manner

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Some travel may be required to attend National Faculty meetings and/or commencement activities
  • Earned Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) AND an earned Doctorate (preferably in Nursing)
  • Expertise in areas as research/scholarship, theory, health care policy, project development, organizational systems, etc
  • A minimum of two years' experience teaching graduate courses
  • Evidence of current RN licensure in one of the 50 states in the US required
