Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Remote Ocular Product Territory Sales Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Selecting and recruiting territory managers
• Managing geographies within the region
• Reviewing and auditing expense reports

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to spend adequate field time with direct reports to mentor, develop, and drive sales results
• BA/BS degree
• 10+ years of Sales experience
• Prior Sales Management experience
