Job Summary

A company whose goal is to create a culture of responsibility and awareness on the road has a current position open for a Remote Office 365 Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing and researching various security incidents
• Automating O365 services where possible and integrating with existing solutions
• Working with multiple function & areas of the company to appropriately troubleshoot, resolve, and document specific internal incidents

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3 years or more experience managing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Serve and Active Directory
• 3 years or more experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
• Ability to ensure operational health of SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance & interoperability
• Administration, support and configuration of MS Office O365 for staff
• Ability to train and educate end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Skype, OneNote, Outlook etc.)
• Ability to provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and troubleshooting
