Job Summary

A marketing services company has an open position for a Remote Office Administrator and Executive Assistant in Jacksonville.

Must be able to:

  • Provide administrative support to our agency’s two managing partners
  • Perform bookkeeping duties
  • Follow up with clients on payment matters

Qualifications Include:

  • Be able to work in the office a few days per week and remotely on other days
  • Have experience with QuickBooks online
  • Know how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Be highly organized Be a self-directed problem solver
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be comfortable communicating with clients about billing
