An energy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Oil and Gas Inside Sales Senior Director in Houston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Align the sales organization’s objectives with company’s business strategy
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial objectives
  • Lead learning and development initiatives impacting the inside sales organization

Qualifications Include:

  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution
  • 12 years of sales or equivalent management experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Experience in Oil and Gas preferred but not required
