Job Summary

A home health, personal, and hospice care provider has an open position for a Remote On Call Home Health Scheduler.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Documents all actions accurately and appropriately in the scheduling system
• Schedules visits as needed based on the needs of the care center and clients
• Works with care center leadership on any outstanding client's needs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Strongly prefer candiate in close proximity to Malden, MA due to occasional meetings during regular business hours
• Three or more year(s) of customer service experience is required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
