Job Summary
An on demand delivery service company has an open position for a Remote On Demand Support Operations Program Manager in Seattle.
Must be able to:
- Manage our third-party relationships with technology vendors and platforms that power our internal toolset
- Partner with Support Ops teammates to to achieve key daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Collaborate with the Supply Operations team to understand & manage joint programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, data-driven and high-performance environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech & product teams to co-create ops tools
- In depth understanding of 3rd-party technology vendors and the tools and platforms they provide
- Ability to be level-headed and calm under pressure
- Ability to have a curious mind and a bias for getting things done
- Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment
