Job Summary

A digital marketing software provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Onboarding Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning the quality of project deliverables before delivery to the client for sign-off
  • Operating as point person and lead multiple concurrent website build projects
  • Assistigng in defining project scope with the ability and flexibility to realistically scale efforts according to clients' financial considerations

Position Requirements Include:

  • 7+ years of experience managing web development projects
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • 5+ years' experience in project, program, account, or marketing management college degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
