Job Summary

A modern ticketing service desk is seeking a Remote Onboarding Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Communicating insights and advocate for customer needs within atSpoke to help drive the evolution of the product
  • Delivering scalable technical trainings and workshops in order to make our customers feel like experts on the platform
  • Serving as the main point of contact for your customer’s inquiries and any debugging during onboarding

Required Skills:

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of direct Customer Success or related experience
  • Outstanding written and oral communication
  • Ability to take technical concepts and explain them in human terms
  • Experience using metrics to measure the effectiveness of your efforts
  • Excitement to figure out what’s working and what’s not, across all Customer Success initiatives
