Job Summary

A digital mental health program is in need of a Remote Online Mental Health Coach in San Diego.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping people learn how to live healthier lives
  • Collaborating with psychiatrists and therapists to help develop and reinforce treatment decisions
  • Using previous clinical experience to discern when to refer members to other resources

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Quarterly in-person trainings to connect as a team and continuously grow your coaching skills
  • 6+ months (preferably more) of supervised experience as a coach, counselor or therapist
  • MA degree in psychology related field or coaching certification
  • Unlicensed (we are unable to hire licensed clinicians)
  • Excel at empathetic listening and providing compassionate support
  • Fluency in Google Suite
