Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Online Reputation Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Create and manage best practices related to online reputation/community management
  • Manage listings and review solicitation process on review management platform
  • Establish and oversee the online service recovery process

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in service recovery, online reputation management, and social media
  • Ability to respond to difficult or crisis-level issues in online forums in a way that addresses concerns
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills
  • Strong ability to partner across the creative and marketing teams
  • Clear understanding of communicating via a variety of online review and media
