Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote OnPremises Implementation Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Be the voice of the customer in aggregating feedback
  • Guide both new and existing customers through high level questions
  • Become an expert resource and cultivate a high level of expertise

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel to potential domestic and international customers with a current passport/visa without restrictions
  • Experience as a Managed Service Engineer
  • 2 years using analytics services and tools including BI systems
  • Strong experience utilizing and presenting data to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • 2 years in a SaaS Professional Services or sales environment
  • Experience working with SQL database, with Docker, and also have Linux system administration skills
