Job Summary

A mortgage services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Open Order Associate in Irvine.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting the business unit with opening national title orders, which includes managing and tracking
• Assisting with the implementation of new clients
• Providing daily reporting of new orders and communicates with the business until on turn times

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 -2 years’ experience working in an office environment
• Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products
• Proven customer service skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy
